The vacuum pressure swing adsorption equipment (VPSA) is independently researched and developed by China ENFI, it is equipped with intelligent power distribution and digitization system, and incorporated with 3D simulating design and modular process design; it has the characteristics of advanced and reliable technology, good economic benefits, intrinsic safety, etc. with a oxygen generation capacity of 1000~100000Nm³/h. Based on non-ferrous metals metallurgy, iron and steel smelting and further environmental protection field, it can provide global customers with various complete set of oxygen generation equipment and optimal cooperative and service schemes, meet the oxygen demand of various industries such as non-ferrous smelting, steel, glass fiber, etc. It has been successfully applied to quite a number of projects.

Working Principle
Pressure swing adsorption is a cyclic process in which the pressure variation makes the gas mixture be adsorbed and desorbed in adsorbent alternatively. According to the difference of desorption modes, pressure swing adsorption oxygen generation can be divided into PSA and VPSA. PSA(Pressure Swing Adsorption is the cyclic process in which adsorption is conducted under the pressure relatively higher than normal pressure and desorption is done under the pressure approaching the normal pressure, it is usually used in production of medical oxygen and small scale usage scenarios; VPSA(Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption is the process in which adsorption is conducted under the pressure approaching or exceeding the normal pressure, and desorption and regeneration are done under the condition that vacuum is made; in the VPSA cyclic process, the air is supplied by fan, no need for the air being compressed, which is better than PSA in such aspects as production scale and energy consumption, etc.
