The destruction system of fly ash dioxins from waste incineration can break down and remove dioxins in fly ash, and can operate continuously and stably. The dioxins removal rate can be over 99% and the dioxin content in treated fly ash is controlled within 50ng-TEQ/kg (as per dry basis of fly ash) which can meet the requirements of Technical Specification for Pollution Control of Fly Ash From Municipal Solid Waste Incineration (HJ1134-2020). As a key link in utilization of fly ash resources, this system’s process and throughput can be customized according to clients’ demands.

Working Principle
Under the anaerobic environment, in a suitable temperature range and residence time, the Cl chemical bond in solid-phase PCDD/Fs can break down into inorganic Cl-, realizing dioxins destruction.
