The high-pressure acid leaching system and patented product that are interdependently researched and developed by ENFI consists of key equipment such as multi-tube heat exchanger (preheater), autoclave, flash vessel, tail gas scrubbing system, multi-medium mixing nozzle, nuclear level gauge casing, acid lance, thickener and agitation equipment. Widely applicable in metallurgical projects including pressure acid leaching of nickel laterite, pressure oxidative leaching of sulfide concentrate (zinc, copper, cobalt, nickel, molybdenum, etc.), pressure pre-oxidation of refractory gold concentrate, iron removal of iron-bearing solution using hematite, copper anode slime treatment and aluminum oxide processing, etc.

Working Principle
High pressure acid leaching of nickel laterite includes slurry storage, slurry thickening, high pressure acid leaching, recycled leaching and neutralization as well as other systems.

Autoclave material Subject to temperature, acid or alkali, oxygen, hydrogen ion content and other process conditions as well as investment and operation cost, commonly used materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy, steel lined with lead bricks, steel lined with membrane bricks, steel titanium composite plate, etc.
Autoclave inner lining bricks Mainly subject to shell deformation, orifice size and layout, internal structure, cooling and heating measures, brick bibulous rate, thermal expansion rate and coefficient of thermal conductivity, etc. The selection of mortar is mainly subject to chemical properties, elastic modulus, service life and the requirements on acidification. Material selection of isolation layer is mainly determined by tolerant temperature, bond strength, oxidation temperature, decomposition temperature, combustion temperature, maintainability, etc.
