Polyurethane Mesh
CEMSA has been engaged in the research and development of fine polyurethane screen mesh for many years. The thermosetting polyurethane fine mesh developed by our company, namely the cast polyurethane (CPU) fine screen, uses imported raw materials, and has been tested and developed to the two-component and chain extender formulation. The casting production process is a chemical reaction. The process achieves chemical cross-linking between molecules to achieve optimal use of the product.
CPU fine mesh has excellent physical and mechanical properties, high strength, high elasticity, in particular abrasion resistance in the case of wet milling condition is 10 times that of steel mesh.
CPU fine mesh series has already formed, its aperture ranges from 0.063 to 2.0mm. The width of the mesh ranges from 700 to 1600mm and the length from 1000 to 3500mm.
