Waste Incineration WHB
Waste incineration WHB is the key piece of equipment for efficient waste heat recovery from the WTE system and the core equipment for operational safety, energy saving and environmental protection during waste incineration.
The waste incineration WHB that was independently developed by ENFI has the advantages of large treatment capacity, high thermal efficiency and improved parameters. At present, the 4.0MPa and 450°C WHB has been under safe operation and the 6.4MPa and 440°C boiler will be brought into operation soon. Boiler capacity is increased by more than 20% and steam power generation efficiency is increased by 2% to 4%.

Working Principle
In view of the unstable characteristics of solid waste, the natural recycling waste heat boiler is used for solid waste incineration. The unbalanced force generated by the density difference between the water in the unheated down tube and the water in the heated up tube promotes the upward flow of the water mixture to form a circulation. The unbalanced force generated by the density difference between the water in the unheated downcomer and the steam-water-mixture in the single-sided heated riser is used to push the steam-water-mixture upward to form a circulation. The waste heat boiler has a furnace built with refractory bricks, and a tube bundle is installed in the furnace. High-temperature flue gas passes through the furnace and convection heating surface to heat and vaporize the water flowing in the tube bundle.
